Job Description
The Workday Security Analyst II is an experienced professional regarding Workday Security, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to support, architect, and design security solutions for the platform. The role involves removing redundancies, addressing vulnerabilities, and making continuous improvements to the system.
Essential Responsibilities

Function as a main Workday Security Administrator and be a Named Support Contact with Workday.
Set up configuration for security domains, business process policy, security groups, intersection and aggregate security groups, authentication policy, Integration system users and other configuration elements as needed.
Configure business processes to meet business needs, finding solutions to automate and streamline processes, creating dashboards, and managing projects using agile methodology.
Manage Workday account security for terminated workers to ensure data integrity.
Work with the IT Security team and Service Now Administrator to establish a Workday security governance process for user provisioning and administration.
Work closely with stakeholders and other workday team members and include industry best practices to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs.
Conduct periodic improvement related activities on the platform to address security redundancies and vulnerabilities.
Assist in granting security access to Workday following security protocols.
Maintain Workday change management, documentation, and quality controls.
Assist and coordinate with the evaluation, quality reviews and testing documentation of the system upgrades (Semi Annual), new feature releases and implementation. Perform security impact analysis due to change requests or Workday upgrades.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field is required.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Workday configuration required.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements: Workday Pro Security certification is required within 1 year of hire.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
In-depth understanding of Workday security to architect and design optimal solutions to business requirements.
Experience with solution design, system configuration, and implementation of changes within Workday.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within Workday and working cross-functionally across teams.
Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs).
Strong knowledge of additional Workday modules apart from security.
Ability to think outside the box, perform root cause analysis of security and data issues, and implement corrections/change.
Working knowledge of Service Now to maintain Workday ticketing for incident, requests, and reports.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Strong MS Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, Project Plan, and PowerPoint.
Ability to plan, prioritize, manage, escalate, and close issues meticulously and with conviction.
Ability to work with project team members at all levels.
Flexibility and ability to support and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while prioritizing appropriately.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good team player and good motivator.
Ability to communicate effectively and present a professional image.
